TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: September 2026 These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of products and services made available through MR7Trades.com by MR7TRADE LTD, trading as “MR7” (“MR7”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, accepting the required checkout consent and purchasing a product, mentorship, membership or other service through MR7Trades.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Educational Purposes Only All content provided by MR7, including educational courses, mentorship, community content, general market analysis, live sessions, videos and Discord content, is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. MR7 is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, portfolio manager, funded prop-trading firm or investment service. MR7 does not accept or manage customers’ trading capital, execute trades on behalf of customers, provide copy-trading services or sell funded trading accounts. Nothing provided through MR7 should be interpreted as personalised financial or investment advice, an instruction or personal recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a guarantee of any particular result. Customers remain fully responsible for their own financial and trading decisions. MR7 products and services are intended for customers aged 18 or older. 2. Risk Disclaimer Trading and investing involve significant financial risk and can result in partial or complete loss of capital. Past results, student results, testimonials, screenshots, case studies or examples do not guarantee future performance. Any such material is provided only to demonstrate individual experiences or educational concepts and should not be treated as a promise of similar results. MR7 makes no guarantee that a customer will become profitable, receive a funded account, pass a prop-firm evaluation, receive a prop-firm payout or achieve any specific financial result. Customers should never trade money they cannot afford to lose. 3. What You Are Purchasing The exact products, services, access period, payment amount and features included with a purchase are displayed on the applicable product or checkout page before payment. Depending on the package purchased, this may include: • access to MR7 educational content; • mentorship materials; • access to the MR7 private Discord community; • recorded or live educational sessions; and • other features described on the relevant product page. Your purchase is for access to the specified educational products and services. It is not payment for trading capital, investment management, a funded trading account, a prop-firm challenge, a copy-trading service or guaranteed trading or financial results. 4. Digital Delivery and Fulfilment MR7 operates an automated digital delivery system. After successful payment, the customer is automatically provided with access to the digital products and services included with their purchase. This may include an email containing account information, course access, membership instructions and/or access to the MR7 Discord community. Digital content is considered delivered and made available once the relevant access details have been successfully issued and the purchased content has been made accessible through the email address or account supplied during checkout. Any ongoing mentorship, membership or live service will be supplied during the access period stated on the relevant product or checkout page. Our systems may maintain records showing: • successful payment; • the customer’s email address; • date and time of purchase; • date and time access was issued; • account creation; • email delivery; • login or content-access activity; • Discord membership or access; and • other technical records demonstrating fulfilment. Where available, these records may be used as evidence that the purchased digital products or services were supplied. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking their inbox, spam or junk folders and other relevant accounts for access instructions. A customer’s failure to log in, open the content, join the Discord community or use the purchased services after access has been correctly provided does not mean that the product was not delivered. If a genuine technical problem prevents access, the customer should contact MR7 so that access can be restored. 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy MR7 products primarily consist of digital educational content, memberships and services that may be supplied immediately after purchase. Where a customer expressly requests immediate access to digital content during an applicable statutory cancellation period and acknowledges that the relevant cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the digital content may be supplied immediately. Once immediate supply of the digital content has begun following the customer’s express consent and acknowledgement, refunds and cancellation rights relating to that digital content may no longer be available, except where required by applicable law. Where a purchase includes an ongoing service, mentorship or membership that begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, the customer may retain any cancellation rights required by law. Where permitted, the customer may be charged a proportionate amount for services already supplied before cancellation. Except where required by applicable law, a refund will not normally be provided because: • the customer changed their mind after receiving access; • the customer did not access or use the content or community; • the customer no longer wishes to participate; • the customer did not achieve their expected trading results; • the customer lost money while trading; • the customer failed a prop-firm challenge or account; or • the customer did not complete the educational material. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. 6. Payment Plans and Recurring Memberships Where a product is offered through a fixed instalment plan, the total price, number of instalments and amount of each instalment will be displayed before purchase. A fixed instalment plan is a method of paying the total price of one product or programme. It is not a monthly cancel-anytime subscription unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. By selecting a fixed instalment plan, the customer agrees to pay all scheduled instalments. Failing to use the content, leaving the community, removing a payment method or requesting the closure of an account does not automatically cancel the remaining instalments, except where cancellation is required by applicable law. Where a product is offered as a recurring membership or subscription, the price, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Recurring memberships continue and renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Customers may cancel a recurring membership through any cancellation method provided within their account or by contacting MR7 before the next billing date. Cancellation of a recurring membership prevents future renewals and does not normally create a refund for a billing period that has already started, except where required by applicable law. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of access. 7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks Customers who believe there is a genuine problem with a purchase should contact MR7 before initiating a chargeback or payment-provider dispute so that the issue can be investigated. Where a payment dispute, PayPal claim, bank dispute or chargeback is opened, MR7 may provide the relevant payment provider with evidence relating to the transaction, including: • the customer’s acceptance of these Terms; • checkout consent records; • purchase records; • payment confirmation; • automated delivery records; • emails containing access information; • account-access records; • login records; • Discord membership records; and • other evidence demonstrating that the purchased product or service was delivered. Opening a payment dispute does not itself establish that the customer is entitled to a refund. Access to MR7 services may be suspended while a disputed or reversed payment is being investigated. 8. Account and Membership Access Access purchased from MR7 is for the individual customer only unless otherwise specifically stated. Customers may not share, resell, reproduce, redistribute or provide another person with access to paid MR7 content, accounts, recordings, Discord communities or educational materials. MR7 may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, misuse, fraud, abusive conduct or violation of these Terms. Suspension or termination resulting from a serious violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, except where required by applicable law. 9. Intellectual Property MR7 educational materials, videos, recordings, graphics, written content, strategies, branding and other original materials remain the intellectual property of MR7TRADE LTD or their respective owners. Purchasing access gives the customer a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for their own educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, record, resell, publish, share or redistribute the content. 10. Third-Party Platforms Some MR7 services may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Discord, payment processors, email providers or other online services. MR7 is not responsible for temporary outages, technical issues, account policies or decisions made independently by third-party providers. Where a third-party platform becomes temporarily unavailable, MR7 will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative where practical. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR7TRADE LTD will not be responsible for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, prop-firm losses, failed evaluations, account closures or financial decisions made by customers. Customers use educational information and make trading decisions entirely at their own discretion and risk. MR7 is not responsible for decisions made by brokers, prop firms, financial institutions or other third parties used independently by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 12. Changes to These Terms MR7 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its services, technology, payment systems or legal requirements. The latest version will be available on MR7Trades.com. Changes will not remove rights that a customer has already obtained under applicable law. 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers retain any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to them that cannot legally be excluded by these Terms. 14. CHECKOUT CONSENT ☐ I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the price and any instalment or recurring-payment terms displayed at checkout. ☐ I expressly request the immediate supply of digital content and, where included, the immediate commencement of membership or mentorship services before the end of any applicable 14-day cancellation period. I acknowledge that once the supply of digital content begins, I lose my right to cancel that digital-content purchase. I understand that different statutory rules may apply to ongoing services and that I may be charged proportionately for services already supplied, where permitted by law.
